Our dealing with personal data is in accordance with the legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protecting Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservice Act (TMG).
This data protection declaration informs users about the purpose, the kind and the extent of the inquiery and usage of personal data according to article 13 GDPR at the hands of the responsible provider

Personal data
Personal data are all information that refer to an identificable or identificable natural person (henceforth referred to as “afflicted person”); a natural person is identificable when it can be identified by a name, an identification number, location data, an online identification or one or several characteristic features, which are part of the physical, psychological, genetical, physiological, economical, cultural or social identity of the natural person (article 4 (1) GDPR). These data include postal address, e-mail-address, phone number and such as well as further information about natural persons.
If you use our website without registration or transmission of further personal information, we will only gather, process and use personal data as far as it is necessary to enable the utilization of the website. The provider (respectively the website provider) gathers data of every hit (so-called server log files).
We use Logrotate, the log files are rotated weekly and deleted after six weeks.
The access data are:
Name of the recalled website, file, date and time of the access, data size, report about successful retrieval, type and version of browser, user’s operating system, referrer URL (last called website), IP-address and requested provider.
Usages of personal data
The provider is using the protocol data only for statistical evaluation for the operation, the security and the optimization for the offered service. The provider reserves the right to review the protocol data later in case of probable cause on illegal use.
The personal data is only evaluated for statistics. The data is passed neither for commercial nor non-commercial reasons passed on to third parties.
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users interact with the site. As they ensure the website's convenience and usability, they serve the users (e.g. by saving login-data). They furthermore serve recording statistical data of the website's usage that is analyzed for enhancing our services. Users can influence the utilization of cookies. Most browsers include options to restrict or inhibit cookies being saved. However, it has to be indicated, that the usage and especially the convenience of the website are restricted without cookies.
Contact form
The input and transfer of personal data (like name, address, e-mail-address, phone number etc.) by using our contact form are voluntary. The data will only be used for the declared purpose and won’t be given to third parties without your explicit agreement, unless we are bound by law. If you want to enter into a contract, change or embellish the contractual relationship or raise a request, we store and use the data as far as necessary for the purpose. All personal data is only stored as long as it is necessary for the purpose (contract, request etc.) or as it is required by law.
Inclusion of third parties’ content and transfer
Our website includes links to external websites, which contents we cannot influence. We don’t assume liability for the content or data protection of the linked websites. The provider of those sites is responsible for content and data protection.
Safety of data
The provider of this website states expressively that data transfer online (e.g. communication by e-mail) has security gaps and can’t be protected gapless against access of third parties. The provider doesn’t assume liability for possible flawed data transfer and unjustified access of third parties. The storage and evaluation of the data take place unfailingly on servers in Germany.
We take data protection very serious. All employees who are involved with personal data are bound to data secrecy. When it comes to involvement of cooperation partners, we follow the GDPR and other legal data protection regulations.
Right to information and complaint
Users have the right to get complimentary information about the stored personal data (article 15, GDPR). Furthermore, users have the right to have personal data remedied, blocked or deleted, as long as the duty to preserve records doesn’t stand against it. Please contact the provider by the contact data in the imprint.
Users have the right to complain at a controlling authority (article 77, GDPR) if they have the impression that the processing of personal data contravenes against data protection law. The right to complaint can be claimed in the member state of your whereabouts, your work place or the place of the alleged infringement.
